All Innaq member must submitted their document as requested by Innaq President for STR process ASAP beforeMay 21 2011.
The following list are documents needed:
1. Latest CV
2. Copy of qualification certificate with original stamp from Institution and Indonesian Embassy,
3. Copy of SIP
4. Photograph passport size: 2each
5. Copy of passport and RP
6. Copy of Indonesian RP (KTP)
7. Copy of experience letter
