Background
At this time, the number of INNA-Q members is about 72 nurses spread across the country. The presence of Indonesian nurses in Qatar is the proof that the Indonesian Nurses can compete with the nurses from other countries.
The existence of INNA-Q as a professional organization is to coordinate and create the discussion and consultation tools among members as well as a bridge with the Government, any other branches or international nursing organization to support the development and achievement process. Therefore, INNA-Q is expected to be a window of information and appeal to the Government of Indonesia.
However, the principle of friendships and mutual benefits among members are an adhesive that expected to create the emergence of ownership sense.
